We want to thank you for your support and participation as a Diamond Sponsor of the 2021 Cargo Facts Symposium. Below you will find details and deadlines for the event deliverables included in your Diamond Sponsorship. All of the items listed below need to be created and submitted by your team by the listed deadline. Please note that the deliverables listed below are all optional, if your team decides to opt out of submitting any of the items below please let us know.
- Sponsor to provide one (1) promotional item to be included in the official Cargo Facts Symposium Conference Bag
- As a Diamond Sponsor you are able to distribute one (1) promotional item in the conference bag. This year we will be filling 150 bags for the event, please ship (150) of your promotional items to the address below. Remember your promotional item must be (1) single item. Your shipment MUST be sent to the GES Warehouse. Materials must be delivered to the GES Warehouse by MONDAY, OCTOBER 18TH.

- Sponsored Luncheon Presentation
- Team to submit final draft of presentation, in 16:9 format – MONDAY, OCTOBER 11TH
- Team to submit 5-15 second promo trailer to play at the beginning of the luncheon (MP4 format preferred- 1920×1080 resolution)- MONDAY, OCTOBER 11TH
- Model Airport Raffle – Your airplane model can be shipped with your display table items and we can get it from you onsite or you can ship it directly to the GES address above.
- Rotating 728×90 top banner advertisement on conference website (nonexclusive)
- As part of your sponsorship, your company has the opportunity to submit a 728 x 90 banner ad for the CFS event website. This banner ad will appear on the top of the event website and is non-exclusive, you will be in a rotation with our top tier sponsors. A URL can be provided to link to your banner ad. If you have not already submitted your banner ad, the deadline to do so is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.
- (2) Sponsored Push Notifications
- Reach attendees during the event with a sponsored push notification. Attendees will be notified of your notification while inside of the event platform.
- Fields to submit for your sponsored push notifications
- Title (100 characters or less)
- Message/notification to attendees ( 160 characters or less)
- Preferred date and time during the event for push notification to go out. We will notify the sponsor if there is a conflict with the chosen date/time requested for the push notification.
- Deadline to submit Push Notifications: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1ST.
- (1) Sponsored Promotion within Event Platform
- Company banner featured on the homepage of the event platform in a rotating slider. Banner image will connect to your company’s profile inside of the event platform.
- Banner images should be 1036×320 pixels, and the maximum size of the image should be 5 MB.
- Deadline to submit Sponsored Promotion: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1ST.
