HYBRID EXPERIENCE

The Cargo Facts Symposium is back live in Las Vegas and health and safety is our number one priority. We have built out this event as a hybrid event, so that we can bring together the greatest number of industry participants in the format they are most comfortable with.

Cargo Facts is committed to delivering the event in a format that allows any sponsor/exhibitor/attendee to participant in the event in-person or virtually to accommodate the varying levels of comfort people and companies have with travel.

What you and your team can expect from the Cargo Facts Symposium hybrid experience:

ACCESS TO CONTENT

Attendees will be able to view all sessions live or inside of the Event Platform in real time through a live stream. Whether you are joining the session Live at the Wynn or through the Event Platform, every attendee will be able to ask a question, participate in live polls and participate in the session chat all through the Event Platform.

For attendees participating onsite, you will have the option to view live sessions in a variety of viewing areas, including open-air viewing rooms. Live sessions will be streamed to provide you with maximum flexibility, space and the option for an open-air viewing.

If you are unable to view a session live, not a problem! All sessions will be hosted in the platform and will be available to view on-demand. Attendees will have access to all content for up to 30 days after the event.

FULL ATTENDEE ENGAGEMENT

It’s the engagement you feel at an event that makes it worthwhile. That is why attendees will be able to have the same interactions through the event platform and live at the event. All attendees will be able to participate in the same live polls during the sessions, ask a question, connect with attendees through chats, and connect with our Sponsors – all these features will be available through the Cargo Facts Symposium event platform.

Attendees will be able to connect in the platform and schedule meetings. Start a chat with an attendee and schedule a time to meet up, this can take place onsite or virtually through the Video Chat feature inside of the platform.

The Cargo Facts Symposium platform will be available to access through your web browser or on your mobile device, so no matter where you are connecting from you will have the event at your fingertips!
